Here at Harbison, we strive to provide an environment grounded in inclusivity. Below you’ll find a detailed map with accessible entrances on each level in order to better accommodate all of our patrons.

Access to Each Level of the Harbison Community Center for Person with Disabilities

Main Level

Entrance to the main level is through the front doors. Handicapped parking spaces are available by the front entrance. The level gives access to the main lobby, cardio room, offices and meeting rooms.

Pool Level

Entrance to the pool is through the date at the end of the main entrance. Handicapped parking spaces are availableat the Pool entrance. Use the sidewalk and pass through the gate, using the keypad (code will be given to those that use the handicapped entrance), and then enter the pool area. There is a special ladder for entry into the pool as well as hydraulic lift for individuals requiring special asistance.

Lower level

Lower Level

Entrance to the Lower Level is through the back of the building. Acess to the back of the building is off Piney Woods Road. Drive to the back and enter the back door using the key pad. Please contact the Front Desk for the current acess code. This door cannot be acessed after 9:00pm Monday-Friday or after 6:00pm Saturday-Sunday. This level gives acess to the Elite Fitness Room, the Weight Room and the Basketball Court.

Note: If an individual is unable to acess the Main Level for check-in, the Front Desk will hold the member's Harbison ID. Just call the Front Desk, 803-781-2281, and we will scan your ID for you.
