Sit and Fit Aerobics

Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:15 am to 10:15 am for a great morning workout! Use handheld weights, resistance bands, and balls as you strengthen and tone your muscles!

Senior Cardio

Tuesday and Thursday 9:15am-10:15 am

This is a fun fitness low-impact aerobic workout to increase your cardiovascular and muscular strength. It’s a good strengthening work-out using hand-held weights, resistant bands/tubes, and balls. This class will have you moving to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Chairs are used and offered in this class with modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.

Chair Yoga

Friday at 9:15am-10:15am

Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into different poses and salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
