Whether you’re planning a baby shower, birthday celebration, family reunion, business meeting, or special gathering, Harbison Community has the ideal facility for you. All rentals include tables and chairs for your convenience.
If you’re interested in renting, the first step is to complete the rental request form below. This form allows us to check whether your preferred date is available and to confirm that the purpose of your rental meets our guidelines. Please note that we do not allow events that charge admission, collect fees, or are intended for profit.

All Room Rentals Are Scheduled During Our Regular Operating Hours.
Rental Availability.
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekend Rental Guidelines.
Entry is not permitted prior to 8:00 AM on Saturdays.
Entry is not permitted prior to 1:00 PM on Sundays.
What’s Included With Your Rental.
To ensure your event runs smoothly, each rental includes:
One (1) full hour for setup
One (1) full hour for breakdown and cleanup
Please make sure to plan your event according to these guidelines. Early access outside of the listed hours is not available.

Finally, keep in mind that nothing is confirmed until a $250 security deposit has been received and the rental contract has been signed.
All room rentals are required to be scheduled and booked no less than two (2) weeks prior to the requested date.
